I'm passionate about interdisciplinary research in Geospatial Data Science and regional phenomena. I hold a Ph.D. in Advanced Technology from UPIITA-SEPI IPN. My PhD research is oriented towards Discovering Geographic Knowledge in heterogeneous data sources of air quality led by Dr. Miguel Felix Mata (Mexico) and Dr. Cristhophe Claramunt (France). My research work is applied to the integration of open and social data to extend the understanding of the Spatio-temporal impact of geosocial phenomena such as air pollution, crime behavior, migration and politics. Nowadays, I'm a professor and researcher of ESCOM-IPN. Besides. I have been Software Designer in projects for the Mexican Government and IT Companies for five years. I had developed projects regarding Data Science, Big Data, Machine Learning, GIS, Web Applications, and Data architecture at Mexican Government , Honeywell Mexico, Motorola Mexico, and the Electronic Invoice industry.
My interest research is but not limited to Geospatial Data Science, Web Social Mining, Semantic data integration, and Ontology Alignment.
